Full-Scale Commercial Kitchen & Restaurant Fit-Out
A comprehensive electrical integration for a high-volume hospitality space, featuring complex 3-phase power distribution and a 400A panel relocation. This project required specialized wiring for an extensive mechanical roster, including walk-in coolers, blast freezers, a 90A combi oven, and integrated hood fire suppression systems.
The front-of-house atmosphere is powered by a custom-designed lighting package featuring Bluetooth-controlled RGBW LED tape, architectural track lighting, and occupancy-sensing controls for maximum efficiency. Completed with a full Category 6 structured cabling network and a verified life-safety system, this fit-out balances heavy-duty industrial requirements with a refined guest experience.
