Modern Commercial Interior & Lighting Transformation
A comprehensive electrical installation centred on a sophisticated nLight control system and 0-10V dimming technology. The project featured an extensive array of architectural track lighting and recessed fixtures, secured with custom seismic engineering and aircraft cable restraints to ensure structural safety in an open-ceiling environment.
The infrastructure supports a heavy mechanical roster, featuring dedicated 208V/240V circuits for heat pumps, duct heaters, and commercial appliances. Power was delivered through a mix of exposed EMT conduit and specialized floor-chase PVC, providing seamless utility connections to central cash desks and high-traffic service hubs.
