This project centred on a critical infrastructure safety upgrade, replacing an outdated Federal Pioneer system with a new Eaton 200A main electrical panel. With the backbone of the home secured, we delivered a comprehensive interior package featuring 57 integrated LED gimbal pot lights and custom 120V interior step lighting for enhanced architectural detail.
High-performance functionality was integrated throughout, including Nuheat underfloor heating for the principal ensuite, a dedicated steam oven circuit, and a full suite of kitchen appliance homeruns. The final touch included a sophisticated control layer using Lutron Diva dimmers and automated bathroom ventilation, blending modern safety with premium lifestyle convenience.
