Historic Building Restoration
Consisted of a complete rewire to get one of the older historic buildings in Gastown that housed the old RCMP equestrian outpost back up to operating status. A new 600A 3 phase underground service with distribution package was installed to allow for multiple tenancies along with all new fire alarm system and ASHREA compliant lighting package.
Being a complete open space within much of the building, it required careful planning to ensure exposed conduits matched building lines and were kept simplistic enough to not clutter any sightlines in this beautiful space. .
