English Bay
This beautiful renovation combined two floors of an apartment building. New fixtures were installed through-out and are controlled by a Lutron HomeWorks system. The lighting control has custom engraved keypads and touch screen controls. This project has over 1000 feet of LED strip installed in coffers, shelfs, recessed and closets. We had custom cabinets manufactured to house the immense number of remote drivers on this project. The lighting details and design were measured to the 1/32 of an inch to ensure perfection, especially in the recessed square trim-less lights as any slight mistake could be seen.
