A major EV readiness project designed to future-proof a high-density residential parkade. The scope featured a massive infrastructure backbone, including four 225 KVA step-down transformers and four 800A 208V EVC panels to support 458 energized stalls and the initial installation of 153 EV chargers.

To meet strict strata requirements, we implemented a "no-floor-penetration" strategy, utilizing high-wall and ceiling-mounted junction boxes with integrated retractor devices to protect the parkade’s waterproofing systems. With a 4:1 load-sharing configuration and custom trunk line design, this project provides one of the most scalable, sophisticated charging solutions in the region while maintaining a clean, pedestal-free footprint.
