Full-Scale Commercial Kitchen & Restaurant Fit-Out
A comprehensive electrical integration for a high-volume hospitality space, featuring complex 3-phase power distribution and a 400A panel relocation. This project required specialized wiring for an extensive mechanical roster, including walk-in coolers, blast freezers, a 90A combi oven, and integrated hood fire suppression systems.
The front-of-house atmosphere is powered by a custom-designed lighting package featuring Bluetooth-controlled RGBW LED tape, architectural track lighting, and occupancy-sensing controls for maximum efficiency. Completed with a full Category 6 structured cabling network and a verified life-safety system, this fit-out balances heavy-duty industrial requirements with a refined guest experience.

A strategic electrical overhaul centered on the complex relocation of the main disconnect and service distribution hub. This involved precision rerouting of primary feeders and panel modernization to optimize the building’s operational core and ensure seamless power delivery.
The infrastructure is engineered for specialized equipment, featuring dedicated 208V feeds for espresso stations, high-amperage dishwasher circuits, and synchronized mechanical ventilation. This backend supports a commercial roster including Atosa refrigeration and industrial hot water systems, built for efficiency and safety.
The guest space features a refined lighting design, blending architectural sconces and pendants with Liteline Luna recessed pot lights. Finalized with structured cabling for POS systems and a verified life-safety network, this project provides a high-performance foundation for a premium hospitality experience.
