Rockland
A masterclass in residential electrical infrastructure. This project involved a complete 400A service entry, a 24kW backup generator, and specialized power distribution for a pool, gym, and yoga studio. The interior features a designer-grade lighting package with nearly 150 precision-installed LED fixtures and high-end Bocci and screwless device finishing. We took this project from complex troubleshooting and underground trenching to a polished, high-performance finish.

Leovista
A precision-focused interior electrical overhaul highlighting high-end millwork integration and luxury spa features. This project centered on seamless power solutions, including Bocci receptacles recessed into custom cabinetry and a dedicated 50A steam shower power feed.
From Panasonic whisper-quiet ventilation to a layered lighting design featuring LED pucks and wet-rated strip lighting, every detail was engineered for comfort. The result is a media-ready home with recessed A/V connectivity and a sophisticated Lutron dimming system that provides total atmospheric control.

Lythe
This project centered on a critical infrastructure safety upgrade, replacing an outdated Federal Pioneer system with a new Eaton 200A main electrical panel. With the backbone of the home secured, we delivered a comprehensive interior package featuring 57 integrated LED gimbal pot lights and custom 120V interior step lighting for enhanced architectural detail.
High-performance functionality was integrated throughout, including Nuheat underfloor heating for the principal ensuite, a dedicated steam oven circuit, and a full suite of kitchen appliance homeruns. The final touch included a sophisticated control layer using Lutron Diva dimmers and automated bathroom ventilation, blending modern safety with premium lifestyle convenience.

This project involved a comprehensive interior modernization and high-end automation package, centered on a 200A service upgrade to a new Homeline panel system. With a robust power foundation in place, we executed a sophisticated lighting design featuring over 130 LED recessed fixtures and custom LED strip lighting with automated door contacts for a seamless architectural experience.
The interior was elevated with premium finishes, including flush-mounted Bocci millwork receptacles and a 32-zone Lutron HomeWorks system controlled via elegant Palladiom keypads. To support modern lifestyle demands, we integrated high-capacity circuits for a 60A steam shower and a full professional kitchen suite, bridging technical excellence with minimalist luxury design.
